On the exterior, the design calls for a stepped and gridded-glass entrance corner, a deep-blue wall (whose color was derived from the Silo logo) that "cuts away" to invite passersby in, red "security" bumpers, and an integrated signage and graphics program. Inside, the prototype features a dramatic mezzanine and varying lighting and ceiling systems.
