Description

Despite a thorough embrace of cutting-edge technology for its operations, Penn Jersey Paper Company is still a closely knit, family-run business. So when the firm built a new, 15,000-square-foot facility, it needed to accommodate both sophisticated technology and a homey management style.

Richard M. Cole & Associates design satisfies the needs of advanced technology with a system that hides cables, yet allows for flexibility in moving or adding computer stations. To maintain the collegial work atmosphere, RMC&A thoughtfully laid out workstations and used interior glass walls to promote easy communications among employees. The result combines high-tech efficiency in business operations, with a bright, airy and friendly office environment.
